How it works

Set up the session
Browse your JIRA projects and add tickets individually, or paste a list of them, and tag each one with the roles that should size it. Engineering, QA, Salesforce, whatever your team actually uses.

Everyone estimates on their own time
No scheduled call, no timezone wrangling. Each person sees only the tickets tagged for their role and points them whenever they get to it.

Agreements settle themselves
When every role lands on the same number, the ticket is finalised on the spot and doesn't need discussion. Nobody re-litigates an agreed upon 3.
Your agenda is whatever is still in dispute
Estimators are never forced to pick a number. They can answer ? when a ticket needs discussion, or NA when it is not theirs to size.
So by the time everyone has finished, the tickets the team agreed on are already pointed and done. What surfaces is the short list - the ones where roles landed on different numbers, and the ones somebody flagged with a question - usually far shorter than your backlog.
